Jozef Sedlák

He studied art photography at the Film Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (1984). He qualified as a docent in the field of study 2.2.1 Visual arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava (2011). He is currently the head of the Studio of Communication in the Media of Photography at the Department of Art Communication FMK UCM in Trnava. In addition to teaching activities, he is engaged in artistic and exhibition activities. He exhibited individually and collectively in the following countries: Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Italy, England, Sweden, Finland, Greece, France, Poland, Russia, Japan, USA. In his work, he mainly expresses himself through documentary, staged and conceptual photography.
